I ordered Samantha's christmas dress and party shoes, I believe last Friday...and well, I can't find the number that they gave me for it. But when I check my account online its not listed there. Is it supposed to be? Am I suppose to get an e-mail? How do I know when it will be sent?

Did you order them online or by phone? That might be affecting how quickly you see it show up on your account. When I placed a phone order a couple of weeks ago, it actually showed up on my account almost immediately.
If you want to be sure, you can just call AG and they should be able to pull up your account and check on the order for you.
ETA: When I placed my phone order, they did not send me a confirmation email. I always get one when I order online, but this time I didn't. Don't know if that helps you or not. [img]smile.gif[/img]

I ordered by phone last friday, I know the money was taken out of my account-but well...I haven't heard. I think I'll give it until next Monday and then call.
I'm dying though!

Yes, if you call them tomorrow they should be able to help you out. You can even ask for your order's tracking number. [img]smile.gif[/img]

When I place an order over the phone, it never appears on my online account. I would call though if you're worried.
